Taylor was born and raised in Washington County. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from Villanova University. He spent 12 years in the mortgage financing industry where he owned and operated a mortgage brokerage business. He also owns a real estate investment company which holds and manages several properties from single and multi-unit rentals to commercial properties. Taylor specializes in both residential and commercial real estate with extensive knowledge of Washington, Frederick and Montgomery Counties in Maryland and Berkeley and Jefferson Counties in West Virginia.
